Alex Escobedo is a Financial Services Intern for Arise Private Wealth. As a first-generation Mexican American student, Alex is entering his senior year at California State University, Long Beach where he is pursuing a degree in Finance (BS). During his studies, Alex has been placed on the President’s Honor List for six consecutive semesters while furthering his knowledge of financial analysis and investment principles. Alex was born in Lakewood, California, to immigrant parents. His parents migrated from Jalisco, Mexico and Zacatecas, Mexico at a young age, where they relocated frequently to find any shelter offered to them. Because of their financial and economic difficulties, they sought better opportunities for themselves and their families in the United States. Ultimately, this is where Alex’s interest in finance stems from - helping others make better financial decisions while collectively aspiring to live a prosperous life. His hobbies include playing soccer, playing golf, and watching Marvel movies.
